Ingredients
- 200g cottage cheese
- 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
- 1 apple, sliced
- 80g cherry tomatoes
- 50g pickled onions
- 4 oatcakes
Method
- 1Spoon the cottage cheese into a lunch box.
- 2Add the Cheddar, apple, cherry tomatoes and pickled onions in sections.
