Ingredients

  • 200g cottage cheese
  • 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g pickled onions
  • 4 oatcakes

Method

  1. 1Spoon the cottage cheese into a lunch box.
  2. 2Add the Cheddar, apple, cherry tomatoes and pickled onions in sections.
  3. 3Serve with oatcakes on the side.
