Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Method

  1. 1Mix the Greek yoghurt with the garlic and spread onto a plate or bowl.
  2. 2Poach the eggs until the whites are set and yolks still soft.
  3. 3Toast the sourdough, top the yoghurt with the poached eggs, drizzle over olive oil and chilli flakes, and serve with the toast.
