Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Method
- 1Mix the Greek yoghurt with the garlic and spread onto a plate or bowl.
- 2Poach the eggs until the whites are set and yolks still soft.
- 3Toast the sourdough, top the yoghurt with the poached eggs, drizzle over olive oil and chilli flakes, and serve with the toast.
