Ingredients

  • 300g turkey mince
  • 1 egg
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 150g couscous
  • 200g passata
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 100g spinach

Method

  1. 1Mix the turkey mince with the egg and breadcrumbs, shape into meatballs and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Make up the couscous according to the pack instructions.
  3. 3Warm the passata with oregano, add the meatballs, then serve over couscous with spinach.
