Ingredients
- 300g turkey mince
- 1 egg
- 30g breadcrumbs
- 150g couscous
- 200g passata
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 100g spinach
Method
- 1Mix the turkey mince with the egg and breadcrumbs, shape into meatballs and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
- 2Make up the couscous according to the pack instructions.
- 3Warm the passata with oregano, add the meatballs, then serve over couscous with spinach.
