Ingredients

  • 300g turkey mince
  • 2 burger buns
  • 300g potatoes, cut into chips
  • 100g cabbage, shredded
  • 40g light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

  1. 1Shape the turkey mince into 2 burgers and season well.
  2. 2Bake the potato chips with paprika at 200C until golden.
  3. 3Cook the burgers and serve in buns with slaw made from cabbage and mayonnaise.
