Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 200ml light coconut milk
- 100g green beans
- 100g mangetout
- 150g microwave jasmine rice
Method
- 1Fry the chicken briefly in a pan, then stir in the green curry paste.
- 2Add the coconut milk, green beans and mangetout and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- 3Serve with the heated jasmine rice.
