A great dinner for active clients who need a little more energy but still want quality nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets, about 260g total
  • 150g egg noodles
  • 15ml low-salt soy sauce
  • 10g honey
  • 1 pak choi, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned

Method

  1. 1Mix the soy sauce and honey and brush over the salmon.
  2. 2Bake or pan-fry the salmon until cooked through.
  3. 3Cook the noodles, stir-fry the pak choi and carrot briefly, then serve with the salmon.
