A great dinner for active clients who need a little more energy but still want quality nutrition.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, about 260g total
- 150g egg noodles
- 15ml low-salt soy sauce
- 10g honey
- 1 pak choi, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
Method
- 1Mix the soy sauce and honey and brush over the salmon.
- 2Bake or pan-fry the salmon until cooked through.
- 3Cook the noodles, stir-fry the pak choi and carrot briefly, then serve with the salmon.
