Ingredients
- 2 sirloin steaks, about 300g total
- 2 small sweet potatoes
- 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 150g green beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Bake or microwave the sweet potatoes until tender.
- 2Cook the steaks in the olive oil to your preferred doneness and rest them.
- 3Mix the Greek yoghurt with crushed black pepper and serve with the steaks, sweet potatoes and green beans.
