Ingredients

  • 2 sirloin steaks, about 300g total
  • 2 small sweet potatoes
  • 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 150g green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Bake or microwave the sweet potatoes until tender.
  2. 2Cook the steaks in the olive oil to your preferred doneness and rest them.
  3. 3Mix the Greek yoghurt with crushed black pepper and serve with the steaks, sweet potatoes and green beans.
