Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 40g feta
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • chilli flakes

Method

  1. 1Whisk the eggs and season lightly.
  2. 2Cook the spinach in the oil for 1 minute, then pour in the eggs and cook as an omelette.
  3. 3Add crumbled feta and chilli flakes, fold, then wrap in the warmed wholemeal wrap.
