Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 40g feta
- 60g baby spinach
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 1 tsp olive oil
- chilli flakes
Method
- 1Whisk the eggs and season lightly.
- 2Cook the spinach in the oil for 1 minute, then pour in the eggs and cook as an omelette.
- 3Add crumbled feta and chilli flakes, fold, then wrap in the warmed wholemeal wrap.
