Ingredients
- 500g lean lamb mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 700g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 100g peas
Method
- 1Brown the lamb mince with the onion and carrots, then add the chopped tomatoes and peas and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2Boil the potatoes until tender and mash until smooth.
- 3Top the lamb mixture with mash and bake at 200C for 20 minutes until golden.
