Ingredients

  • 2 reduced-fat pork sausages
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 brown roll
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

Method

  1. 1Grill or fry the sausages until cooked through and brown the mushrooms in the same pan.
  2. 2Fry the egg to your liking.
  3. 3Fill the brown roll with sausages, mushrooms and egg, then add ketchup.
