Ingredients
- 2 reduced-fat pork sausages
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 brown roll
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
Method
- 1Grill or fry the sausages until cooked through and brown the mushrooms in the same pan.
- 2Fry the egg to your liking.
- 3Fill the brown roll with sausages, mushrooms and egg, then add ketchup.
