Ingredients

  • 4 reduced-fat pork sausages
  • 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 10g butter
  • 1 tsp plain flour

Method

  1. 1Cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.
  2. 2Boil and mash the potatoes with the butter.
  3. 3Soften the onion, stir in the flour and stock to make a quick gravy, then serve with the sausages and mash.
