Ingredients
- 4 reduced-fat pork sausages
- 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 200ml beef stock
- 10g butter
- 1 tsp plain flour
Method
- 1Cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.
- 2Boil and mash the potatoes with the butter.
- 3Soften the onion, stir in the flour and stock to make a quick gravy, then serve with the sausages and mash.
