A hearty weekend option that still keeps protein front and centre for recovery.
Ingredients
- 4 reduced-fat pork sausages
- 200g reduced sugar baked beans
- 4 eggs
- 100g chopped tomatoes
- 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 190C and brown the sausages in a frying pan.
- 2Transfer the sausages to a baking dish with the beans and chopped tomatoes, then crack in the eggs.
- 3Sprinkle with Cheddar and paprika and bake for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
