A hearty weekend option that still keeps protein front and centre for recovery.

Ingredients

  • 4 reduced-fat pork sausages
  • 200g reduced sugar baked beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g chopped tomatoes
  • 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 190C and brown the sausages in a frying pan.
  2. 2Transfer the sausages to a baking dish with the beans and chopped tomatoes, then crack in the eggs.
  3. 3Sprinkle with Cheddar and paprika and bake for 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
