Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, about 260g total
- 300g baby potatoes, halved
- 200g broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried dill
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200C and toss the potatoes and broccoli with olive oil and dill on a tray.
- 2Roast for 10 minutes, then add the salmon fillets and lemon slices.
- 3Roast for a further 12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
