Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 egg
  • 120ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 20g vanilla whey protein
  • 80g raspberries
  • 15g flaked almonds

Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 180C and mix the oats, egg, milk and whey protein in a small baking dish.
  2. 2Scatter over the raspberries and flaked almonds.
  3. 3Bake for 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
