Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 egg
- 120ml semi-skimmed milk
- 20g vanilla whey protein
- 80g raspberries
- 15g flaked almonds
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 180C and mix the oats, egg, milk and whey protein in a small baking dish.
- 2Scatter over the raspberries and flaked almonds.
- 3Bake for 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
