Ingredients
- 2 slices thick wholemeal bread
- 2 eggs
- 30g vanilla whey protein
- 50ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100g blueberries
- 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
Method
- 1Whisk the eggs, whey protein and milk in a shallow dish.
- 2Dip the bread in the mixture, coating both sides.
- 3Cook in a non-stick pan until golden on each side and serve with blueberries and Greek yoghurt.
