A great way to make a classic feel more athletic-friendly with extra protein per bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick wholemeal bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g vanilla whey protein
  • 50ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g 0% Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. 1Whisk the eggs, whey protein and milk in a shallow dish.
  2. 2Dip the bread in the mixture, coating both sides.
  3. 3Cook in a non-stick pan until golden on each side and serve with blueberries and Greek yoghurt.
