A fast weeknight dinner that keeps protein high even when time is tight.
Ingredients
- 200g raw king prawns
- 150g microwave jasmine rice
- 1 small broccoli head, cut into florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 15ml low-salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1Cook the prawns in the sesame oil for 2 minutes in a hot wok.
- 2Add the broccoli and carrot and stir-fry until just tender.
- 3Add the rice and soy sauce, toss together and cook until piping hot.
