A fast weeknight dinner that keeps protein high even when time is tight.

Ingredients

  • 200g raw king prawns
  • 150g microwave jasmine rice
  • 1 small broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 15ml low-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1Cook the prawns in the sesame oil for 2 minutes in a hot wok.
  2. 2Add the broccoli and carrot and stir-fry until just tender.
  3. 3Add the rice and soy sauce, toss together and cook until piping hot.
