Ingredients

  • 200g raw king prawns
  • 150g straight-to-wok noodles
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 small courgette, sliced
  • 15ml low-salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1Heat the sesame oil in a wok and cook the prawns for 2 minutes.
  2. 2Add the pepper and courgette and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
