Ingredients
- 200g raw king prawns
- 150g straight-to-wok noodles
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 small courgette, sliced
- 15ml low-salt soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1Heat the sesame oil in a wok and cook the prawns for 2 minutes.
- 2Add the pepper and courgette and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 3Add the noodles and soy sauce, toss everything together and cook until hot.
