Ingredients

  • 2 pork loin steaks
  • 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 150g cabbage, shredded
  • 10g butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with the apple and butter.
  2. 2Cook the pork loin steaks in the olive oil until cooked through.
  3. 3Steam or boil the cabbage and serve with the pork and apple mash.
