Ingredients
- 2 pork loin steaks
- 500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 150g cabbage, shredded
- 10g butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with the apple and butter.
- 2Cook the pork loin steaks in the olive oil until cooked through.
- 3Steam or boil the cabbage and serve with the pork and apple mash.
