Ingredients
- 150g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp peri peri marinade
- 2 wholemeal pittas
- 50g light yoghurt slaw
- 30g rocket
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Coat the chicken in peri peri marinade.
- 2Cook the chicken in the olive oil until cooked through.
- 3Warm the pittas and fill with chicken, yoghurt slaw and rocket.
