Ingredients

  • 150g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp peri peri marinade
  • 2 wholemeal pittas
  • 50g light yoghurt slaw
  • 30g rocket
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Coat the chicken in peri peri marinade.
  2. 2Cook the chicken in the olive oil until cooked through.
  3. 3Warm the pittas and fill with chicken, yoghurt slaw and rocket.
