A good vegetarian dinner when you want variety without letting protein drop too low.

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 150g spinach
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 150g microwave basmati rice

Method

  1. 1Brown the paneer in a pan, then remove briefly.
  2. 2Cook the onion with garam masala, add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Stir in the spinach and paneer, then serve with the heated rice.
