A good vegetarian dinner when you want variety without letting protein drop too low.
Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 150g spinach
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 150g microwave basmati rice
Method
- 1Brown the paneer in a pan, then remove briefly.
- 2Cook the onion with garam masala, add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3Stir in the spinach and paneer, then serve with the heated rice.
