Ingredients
- 200g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 25g chocolate whey protein
- 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 10g cocoa nibs
Method
- 1Mix the Greek yoghurt with the whey protein and dissolved coffee until smooth.
- 2Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana.
- 3Scatter over the cocoa nibs before serving.
