Ingredients

  • 200g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 25g chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 10g cocoa nibs

Method

  1. 1Mix the Greek yoghurt with the whey protein and dissolved coffee until smooth.
  2. 2Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana.
  3. 3Scatter over the cocoa nibs before serving.
