A simple prep-ahead breakfast that gives you carbs for energy without skimping on protein.
Ingredients
- 45g oats
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100g mango chunks
- 10g chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk and chia seeds in a jar.
- 2Stir in the mango and honey.
- 3Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours before serving.
