A simple prep-ahead breakfast that gives you carbs for energy without skimping on protein.

Ingredients

  • 45g oats
  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100g mango chunks
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk and chia seeds in a jar.
  2. 2Stir in the mango and honey.
  3. 3Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours before serving.
