Ingredients
- 250g cooked Puy lentils
- 50g feta
- 100g cucumber, chopped
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1Add the lentils, cucumber, tomatoes and olives to a lunch box.
- 2Crumble over the feta.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil just before eating.
