Ingredients

  • 250g cooked Puy lentils
  • 50g feta
  • 100g cucumber, chopped
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Add the lentils, cucumber, tomatoes and olives to a lunch box.
  2. 2Crumble over the feta.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil just before eating.
