Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 2 eggs
- 60g lean ham
- 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
- 30g salsa
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Scramble the eggs in half the oil until just set.
- 2Fill the wrap with the eggs, ham and Cheddar, then fold over.
- 3Cook in a frying pan with the remaining oil for 2 minutes on each side and serve with salsa.
