Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g lean ham
  • 40g reduced-fat Cheddar
  • 30g salsa
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Scramble the eggs in half the oil until just set.
  2. 2Fill the wrap with the eggs, ham and Cheddar, then fold over.
  3. 3Cook in a frying pan with the remaining oil for 2 minutes on each side and serve with salsa.
