Ingredients

  • 60g halloumi, sliced
  • 1 wholemeal pitta
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 20g rocket
  • black pepper

Method

  1. 1Dry-fry the halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
  2. 2Scramble or fry the eggs and warm the pitta.
  3. 3Fill the pitta with halloumi, eggs, tomatoes and rocket.
