Ingredients
- 60g halloumi, sliced
- 1 wholemeal pitta
- 2 eggs
- 80g cherry tomatoes
- 20g rocket
- black pepper
Method
- 1Dry-fry the halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
- 2Scramble or fry the eggs and warm the pitta.
- 3Fill the pitta with halloumi, eggs, tomatoes and rocket.
