Ingredients
- 1 large wholemeal wrap
- 80g halloumi
- 40g hummus
- 50g roasted peppers from a jar
- 30g rocket
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Method
- 1Dry-fry the halloumi until golden.
- 2Spread the wrap with hummus.
- 3Fill with halloumi, roasted peppers, rocket and cucumber, then roll up tightly.
