A balanced comfort dinner that gives quality protein and satisfying carbs in one dish.
Ingredients
- 300g salmon fillet
- 300g white fish fillets
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 100ml double cream
- 700g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 150g peas
Method
- 1Poach the fish gently in the milk, then remove and flake into a baking dish.
- 2Boil and mash the potatoes, then stir the cream into the poaching milk to make a simple sauce.
- 3Add the peas to the fish, pour over the sauce, top with mash and bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
