A balanced comfort dinner that gives quality protein and satisfying carbs in one dish.

Ingredients

  • 300g salmon fillet
  • 300g white fish fillets
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100ml double cream
  • 700g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 150g peas

Method

  1. 1Poach the fish gently in the milk, then remove and flake into a baking dish.
  2. 2Boil and mash the potatoes, then stir the cream into the poaching milk to make a simple sauce.
  3. 3Add the peas to the fish, pour over the sauce, top with mash and bake at 200C for 25 minutes.
