Ingredients

  • 4 falafel
  • 80g halloumi
  • 125g microwave quinoa pouch
  • 100g cucumber, chopped
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 30g tzatziki

Method

  1. 1Cook the falafel and halloumi until hot and golden.
  2. 2Heat the quinoa according to the pack instructions.
  3. 3Build the bowl with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, falafel and halloumi, then spoon over the tzatziki.
