- 1 large baking potato, about 300g
- 3 eggs
- 25g light mayonnaise
- 10g cress
- side salad leaves
- black pepper
Method
- 1Bake the potato until crisp outside and fluffy inside.
- 2Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, cool, peel and chop.
