Ingredients
- 500g 5% beef mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 700g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 100g peas
Method
- 1Cook the mince with the onion and carrots until browned, then stir in the tomato purée and peas.
- 2Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them.
- 3Transfer the beef mixture to a dish, top with mash and bake until golden.
