A smart meal-prep lunch that keeps protein high and makes weekday choices easier.

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 150g wholewheat pasta
  • 80g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 20g light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g rocket

Method

  1. 1Cook the pasta, drain and cool slightly.
  2. 2Cook the chicken breast, slice it and mix with the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise and curry powder.
  3. 3Toss the chicken with the pasta, raisins and rocket.
