- 50g oats
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small pear, diced
- 25g vanilla whey protein
- 10g chopped pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- 1Cook the oats and milk until thick and creamy.
- 2Stir in the whey protein and most of the pear.
- 3Top with the remaining pear, pecans and cinnamon.
