  • 50g oats
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 small pear, diced
  • 25g vanilla whey protein
  • 10g chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  2. 2Stir in the whey protein and most of the pear.
  3. 3Top with the remaining pear, pecans and cinnamon.
