- 45g oats
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 25g chocolate whey protein
- 80g frozen cherries
- 5g cocoa powder
Method
- 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk, whey protein and cocoa powder in a jar.
- 2Stir through the cherries.
- 3Cover and chill overnight before serving.
