Ingredients

  • 45g oats
  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 25g chocolate whey protein
  • 80g frozen cherries
  • 5g cocoa powder

Method

  1. 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk, whey protein and cocoa powder in a jar.
  2. 2Stir through the cherries.
  3. 3Cover and chill overnight before serving.
