Ingredients
- 1 tin of tuna in spring water, drained
- 150g chickpeas, drained
- 100g cucumber, chopped
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1Add the chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes and olives to a bowl.
- 2Flake in the tuna.
- 3Drizzle over the olive oil and toss before eating.
