Ingredients

  • 1 tin of tuna in spring water, drained
  • 150g chickpeas, drained
  • 100g cucumber, chopped
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30g olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Add the chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes and olives to a bowl.
  2. 2Flake in the tuna.
  3. 3Drizzle over the olive oil and toss before eating.
