Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
  • 150g microwave basmati rice
  • 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100g peas
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Coat the chicken in the tikka paste and Greek yoghurt.
  2. 2Cook the chicken in the oil until browned and cooked through, then stir in the peas.
  3. 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
