Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
- 150g microwave basmati rice
- 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 100g peas
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Coat the chicken in the tikka paste and Greek yoghurt.
- 2Cook the chicken in the oil until browned and cooked through, then stir in the peas.
- 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
