Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
  • 150g passata
  • 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 50ml double cream
  • 150g microwave basmati rice

Method

  1. 1Coat the chicken in tikka paste and cook in a pan until lightly browned.
  2. 2Add the passata and simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the Greek yoghurt and double cream.
  3. 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
