Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
- 150g passata
- 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 50ml double cream
- 150g microwave basmati rice
Method
- 1Coat the chicken in tikka paste and cook in a pan until lightly browned.
- 2Add the passata and simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in the Greek yoghurt and double cream.
- 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
