Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tbsp korma curry paste
  • 150ml light coconut milk
  • 50g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 15g ground almonds
  • 150g microwave basmati rice

Method

  1. 1Cook the chicken with the korma curry paste in a pan until sealed.
  2. 2Add the coconut milk and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. 3Stir in the Greek yoghurt and ground almonds, then serve with the heated rice.
