Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 20g butter
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 30g breadcrumbs
- 300g baby potatoes
- 150g green beans
Method
- 1Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with butter mixed with garlic.
- 2Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and bake at 200C for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- 3Boil the potatoes and green beans, then serve with the chicken.
