Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 20g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 300g baby potatoes
  • 150g green beans

Method

  1. 1Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with butter mixed with garlic.
  2. 2Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and bake at 200C for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. 3Boil the potatoes and green beans, then serve with the chicken.
