Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 150g microwave basmati rice
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
Method
- 1Toss the chicken and vegetables with the fajita seasoning.
- 2Roast at 200C for 18 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the peppers are soft.
- 3Serve with the heated rice.
