Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 150g microwave basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning

Method

  1. 1Toss the chicken and vegetables with the fajita seasoning.
  2. 2Roast at 200C for 18 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the peppers are soft.
  3. 3Serve with the heated rice.
