A familiar lunch made more goal-friendly by pushing protein higher than the usual deli version.

Ingredients

  • 250g chicken breast
  • 150g wholewheat pasta
  • 50g light Caesar dressing
  • 30g Parmesan, grated
  • 60g romaine lettuce
  • 20g croutons

Method

  1. 1Cook the pasta and cool slightly.
  2. 2Cook and slice the chicken breast.
  3. 3Toss the pasta and chicken with Caesar dressing, Parmesan and romaine, then top with croutons.
