A familiar lunch made more goal-friendly by pushing protein higher than the usual deli version.
Ingredients
- 250g chicken breast
- 150g wholewheat pasta
- 50g light Caesar dressing
- 30g Parmesan, grated
- 60g romaine lettuce
- 20g croutons
Method
- 1Cook the pasta and cool slightly.
- 2Cook and slice the chicken breast.
- 3Toss the pasta and chicken with Caesar dressing, Parmesan and romaine, then top with croutons.
