Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100ml light crème fraîche
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 150g green beans

Method

  1. 1Cook the chicken in a pan until lightly browned.
  2. 2Add the leek and mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. 3Pour in the stock and crème fraîche, simmer until thickened and serve with green beans.
