Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast, diced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 100ml light crème fraîche
- 100ml chicken stock
- 150g green beans
Method
- 1Cook the chicken in a pan until lightly browned.
- 2Add the leek and mushrooms and cook until softened.
- 3Pour in the stock and crème fraîche, simmer until thickened and serve with green beans.
