A strong post-workout breakfast when you need extra protein and enough carbs to recover well.
Ingredients
- 100g 5% beef mince
- 2 eggs
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 50g black beans, drained
- 30g salsa
- 20g reduced-fat Cheddar
Method
- 1Brown the mince in a frying pan until cooked through, then stir in the black beans and salsa.
- 2Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
- 3Fill the wrap with the mince mixture, eggs and Cheddar, then roll up tightly.
