A strong post-workout breakfast when you need extra protein and enough carbs to recover well.

Ingredients

  • 100g 5% beef mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 50g black beans, drained
  • 30g salsa
  • 20g reduced-fat Cheddar

Method

  1. 1Brown the mince in a frying pan until cooked through, then stir in the black beans and salsa.
  2. 2Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  3. 3Fill the wrap with the mince mixture, eggs and Cheddar, then roll up tightly.
