Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30g vanilla whey protein
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 10g chia seeds

Method

  1. 1Stir the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk and whey protein together in a container until smooth.
  2. 2Fold in the berries and chia seeds.
  3. 3Cover and chill overnight, then eat cold or bring to room temperature before serving.
