Ingredients
- 50g rolled oats
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30g vanilla whey protein
- 100g frozen mixed berries
- 10g chia seeds
Method
- 1Stir the oats, Greek yoghurt, milk and whey protein together in a container until smooth.
- 2Fold in the berries and chia seeds.
- 3Cover and chill overnight, then eat cold or bring to room temperature before serving.
