Ingredients
- 600g stewing beef
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 300g potatoes, chopped
- 500ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp plain flour
Method
- 1Dust the beef with flour and brown it in a casserole dish.
- 2Add the onion, carrots, potatoes and stock.
- 3Cover and cook in the oven at 160C for 2 hours until the beef is tender.
