Ingredients
- 300g 5% beef mince
- 1 tin of kidney beans, drained
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 150g microwave basmati rice
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
Method
- 1Brown the mince with the onion in a saucepan until cooked through.
- 2Add the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and chilli powder, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
