Ingredients

  • 300g 5% beef mince
  • 1 tin of kidney beans, drained
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 150g microwave basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder

Method

  1. 1Brown the mince with the onion in a saucepan until cooked through.
  2. 2Add the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and chilli powder, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Serve with the heated basmati rice.
