Ingredients
- 300g 5% beef mince
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 flatbreads
- 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 50g cucumber, grated
- 30g rocket
Method
- 1Mix the mince with cumin and shape into koftas.
- 2Grill or fry the koftas until browned and cooked through.
- 3Mix the Greek yoghurt with the grated cucumber and serve with flatbreads, rocket and koftas.
