A tasty way to keep protein high while making dinner feel less repetitive.

Ingredients

  • 300g 5% beef mince
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 50g cucumber, grated
  • 30g rocket

Method

  1. 1Mix the mince with cumin and shape into koftas.
  2. 2Grill or fry the koftas until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3Mix the Greek yoghurt with the grated cucumber and serve with flatbreads, rocket and koftas.
