Ingredients

  • 300g 5% beef mince
  • 150g microwave basmati rice
  • 1 tin of black beans, drained
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 50g salsa
  • 1 avocado

Method

  1. 1Brown the beef mince in a frying pan until cooked through.
  2. 2Warm the black beans and sweetcorn with the salsa.
  3. 3Serve the beef and bean mixture over the rice and top with sliced avocado.
