Ingredients
- 300g 5% beef mince
- 150g microwave basmati rice
- 1 tin of black beans, drained
- 100g sweetcorn
- 50g salsa
- 1 avocado
Method
- 1Brown the beef mince in a frying pan until cooked through.
- 2Warm the black beans and sweetcorn with the salsa.
- 3Serve the beef and bean mixture over the rice and top with sliced avocado.
