Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g vanilla whey protein
  • 5g baking powder
  • 10g peanut butter
  • 50g 0% Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. 1Blend the oats, banana, eggs, whey protein and baking powder into a smooth batter.
  2. 2Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the batter in 3 small pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. 3Serve with peanut butter and Greek yoghurt on top.
