Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 medium banana
- 2 eggs
- 30g vanilla whey protein
- 5g baking powder
- 10g peanut butter
- 50g 0% Greek yoghurt
Method
- 1Blend the oats, banana, eggs, whey protein and baking powder into a smooth batter.
- 2Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the batter in 3 small pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
- 3Serve with peanut butter and Greek yoghurt on top.
