Ingredients
- 2 rashers of back bacon
- 100g reduced sugar baked beans
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice wholemeal toast
- 5g butter
- black pepper
Method
- 1Grill the bacon until crisp and warm the baked beans in a small pan.
- 2Fry or poach the eggs to your liking.
