Ingredients

  • 2 rashers of back bacon
  • 100g reduced sugar baked beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice wholemeal toast
  • 5g butter
  • black pepper

Method

  1. 1Grill the bacon until crisp and warm the baked beans in a small pan.
  2. 2Fry or poach the eggs to your liking.
  3. 3Serve the eggs, bacon and beans in a bowl with buttered wholemeal toast on the side.
