Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small apple, grated
- 10g chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt and milk in a bowl or jar.
- 2Stir in the grated apple and cinnamon.
- 3Top with walnuts and chill overnight or for at least 2 hours before eating.
