Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 150g 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 small apple, grated
  • 10g chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. 1Mix the oats, Greek yoghurt and milk in a bowl or jar.
  2. 2Stir in the grated apple and cinnamon.
  3. 3Top with walnuts and chill overnight or for at least 2 hours before eating.
